Unhappy 2005 S430 code P2734 and P0748 car in Limp Mode Help!!!

After a couple hours of research, seems like it could be a transmission plug transmission fluid leak or a broken conductor plate.

Well I finally got under the car to check if there's any sign of oil leak in the adapter plug area, and this is what I found...

I was expecting it to look like this (borrowed image)

What kind of transmission do I have!?

Thanks in advance

Your plug looks like the same one used in the 722.9 transmissions. If you post your vin someone should be able to tell you for sure what tranny you have.

You have the 7 speed transmission, the one you pictured is a 5 speed.

P2734 refers to Pressure Control Solenoid "F" on the conductor plate.
P0748 also refers to a solenoid A on the conductor plate.

I would replace the plug connector and seal, conductor plate and the corresponding solenoids. Also check if you have any fluid leaks going into your TCM. After this service reset the TCM.

Good luck.

That's the problem, the plug doesn't look like the replaceable one

In the 722.9 7 speed the Tcm is part of the valve body, no external Tcm like the 722.6 transmissions.
