A clock spring is a round apparatus that lives in the steering column. Its purpose is to provide current from below the column to the buttons/sticks (cruise control, radio buttons volume buttons etc) that are on/near the steering wheel. In my case the cruise control works intermittently and we believe the cause is a worn out clock spring.

That seems like a very specific and complicated bit of equipement, and for that reason i would hazard a guess and say its a dealer only part.

Get the part number (although they are normally happy to help you without it), and check with our on-line parts suppliers. I have had excellent results from Skyland. (828) 667-5213

No affilation, except as a satisfied customer.
