how picky should I be about car height?

Hello, I have a Benz S320 W220 from 99, which I love, but at the same time it gives me anxiety

My question is, should the car be at the exact same height on front vs front and rear vs rear, or does it matter if it is +/-5mm?

When I raise up the car its almost the same all around, but difffers abit when it's lowered.

This is the thing that gives me anxiety, if it's something wrong or if im to picky about it

Personally, I think you are seriously overreacting. Don't worry about things just for the sake of worrying. You will live a lot longer.

Hahaha, ive heard that before... But yeah, how much should it differ before you start changing struts? And is changing struts something you can DIY? I have never repaired a car myself but I would like to learn.

If the car is uneven, you can hook it up to star diagnostics and equalize the ride height values on the computer, then if its still not to your expectations you can adjust the height to match.

Is this the same technique used to lower the car using Star? If so, can you point me to the page within Star? Not trying to get off-topic, but recently picked up a Star system and lowering the car ~3/4" is one of my projects. Thanks in advance.
Cheers,
Jeff

Ok, should I worry about this? I leave the car for couple of days, then the, I dont remember which side, gets 1,5cm lower then the other side, doesnt seem like it gets any lower than that no matter how long I leave it, it's always ~1,5cm, and the rear maybe 1 cm.

Should I try do something about this? Or am I overreacting.
