Dealership Can't fic Airmatic issue Please Help!!!!!!!!!
OK here I go again hopefully someone can help or at least they say they have the same problem.
I have replaced:
BOTH FRONT AIRMATIC SHOCKS WITH ARNOTT'S
AIRMATIC PUMP WITH ARNOTT'S
AIRMATIC VALVE BLOCK OEM MERCEDES PART
Problem:
Every morning front end is on the floor. As soon as u hit the unlock on the remote the car comes back up to normal ride height without the airmatic pump running.
Dealership said it can't happen. 1-800 Mercedes tech says "yes" it does happen but very rare.
Brought to Dealership they saw it do the above and are confused. Dealership checked system no leaks system holds air.
They Don't know how to fix it.
Can anyone help?

If mercedes is 100% confirmed there are no leaks my guess would be the airmatic control module. It does weird things when it's bad or been replaced and not programmed.

It's the leveling sensor , the car is trying to level itself but its screwed up . We've seen many posts , usually people who park on an incline. I don't know where the sensor is located of if its part of the control module

The star diagnostic machine should be able to test or rule out and air leveling sensor. Is there another Mercedes dealer nearby you can go to?
