Recap

Planning to change front bumper rear bumper and do new paint job since there is some rust on the butom of the car , Ive went in 2 place offering rust removing services , the first garage asked me 6 000 $, i said **** off , the second one was a smallest busniss , he working alone in the shop , and was comming from the same country than me (origin) after talking hasked me 3000 $ for removing the rust perfectly thats what he said , repaint the car and spray anti-rust .. I didnt want to accept with out consulting some advice cuz i was thinking maybe the rust may come back , There is buble rust on my car and ordinary rust on the butom , and some other spot on the car , the car is s430 02 run well since i afford it ,, the paint is ugly since its a 11 years old car , So what do u guys think ? Should i try with the guy and give him more money so he do a good job and have a shinny new color with no rust or leave it like that
