fan belt broke, is this expensive fix?

i drive them all, fast and hard
fan belt broke, is this expensive fix?
the belt broke, i not sure if there is only one up that broke or if there are 2, but its broke for sure.

apparently the engine still turned over and started...

anyways, is there alot of work involved to fix this or is it reasonable.
the car is 2001 500, 190000 miles on it

Why did it break? Is the tensioner broken too?
