2000 MB S430
2000 S430 Wont crank no start
needing help badly....my 2000 mb s430 will not crank not start. checked all fuses under hood and right back seat. used volt meter to determine if getting power to starter relay on the 30 side. No power to starter relay. check ignition to determine if getting power, no power..cannot move shifter out of park. rear brake lights don't work; what is the problem? can someone give me an idea what is wrong?

2000 MB S430
purchased a used SAM unit online but gets the same results. No power on the 30 side of the starter relay. I realize now there a chance of it being bad too.
