No throttle

Hey guys, I'm new here and have been working on my neighbors car, he came outside and his car was on the ground. Changed airmatic compressor and relay and suspension was fixed. When I went to go for a test drive, the car had no throttle power at all. So I got a new pedal from the dealership and installed it... The problem still persists. I'm lost, I went ahead and put the old pedal back in.

I didnt touch any other connections, I'll check them though. and turning the wheel all the to the left and right does not do anything. Could it be some type of fuse or relay that is keeping it in limp mode?

Good rule of thumb - in case of problems, first place to look is the last place you worked.

Check suspension sensor connections.

is the car still on the ground or does it come back up once you start car, if thats the case then you have a bad shock with a leak, front probably.

The suspension is fixed, car is back up in the air and that system is working perfectly. Would a bad TPS cause the issue of having no throttle power?

After the car warms up, when I push the gas pedal, it surges from 1000 to 1200ish rpms...

Try disconnecting the battery for about 15 minutes. Then after you reconnect the battery and go through the standard re-sync procedure (windows, doors, wheels left/right, sunroof top) turn the car off. Now turn the key to the position just before starting and hold the gas pedal to the floor for about 5-10 seconds (without the car running). Continue holding the gas pedal down and turn the key off. Now try starting it normally and see if that works. Doesn't cost anything.
