What options are available if coding car to ROW (rest of world) rather than USA?

What options are available if coding car to ROW (rest of world) rather than USA?
I briefly read a post but I can seem to find it any more of someone changing the coding and selecting the ROW option rather than USA? If I remember correctly I think someone mentioned that the car audibly sounds when arming the car and quite a few other options. Any idea what the changes are?
