WHEELS OFFSET

If you use the width offset calculator on the forum located here: https://mbworld.org/forums/tire_rim_calculator.php it will tell you the difference in fitment. In this case when I ran your numbers through, assuming you are staying with same wheel and tire size, it provides you with 11mm more clearance on the inside, but would extend the outer clearance by the same amount. 11mm is about half an inch, so this is a long way of saying you should have no problem with this offset
but encourage you to look at your car for clearance to confirm half an inch won't make a difference. Should only be an issue if you've lowered your car significantly.James

You are also using considerably wider and larger diameter wheels, which changes the equation considerably. The width offset calculator will give you the variances if you plug in all the info. You can determine what size tires are required to maintain the original diameter as well.
