01 s600 v12 coolant type?
I am just topping it off, so I want to either get a premix or dilute it myself with some distilled water?
I seen only it says either zerex g-05 and another site says pentosin NF.
Can anyone give me a straight answer about just topping it off? I lost enough to make the check coolant level light come on and I am hoping to be able to drive the car tomorrow if I can get this fixed.
If I have to wait I'll just go to mb on Monday but id like to fix it tomorrow morning.
Thanks
I dont want to mix stuff that cant be mixed.
Im hoping to not flush it at this point.
if anyone knows, once the " Coolant - Check Level comes on, how much has it lost at that point? im curious to know if the coolant level sensor location is. I didnt see one in the tank so my guess its on the motor somewhere.
thanks for any help. Its odd that i cannot seem to find any proper info on this as all other cars i can find info anywhere.
I'm debating on just dumping the radiator fluid out and putting in new fluid.
If I do that, will the gravity to its thing to the block and naturally drain out or do I have to coax it out with a flush of some sort?

If you can get the exact coolant at the dealership Monday (not the least expensive option!), then just completely refill the system with the concentrated coolant. If the amount of concentrated coolant that you add is close to the amount of water that you added, the final mixture will be close enough to 50/50.
Or, you can just refill the system with the G05 premix...

Either just add water or g05 to top it off, and be done with it.

It took longer to clean up the loss of all the fluid and stains of the dried coolant on the rest of the engine but it's all done now. Nice and shiny again.
