QUICK SOLUTION FOR BLUETOOTH PROBLEM

Are you having a problem with your command unit displaying "error phone not connected?" Does your Bluetooth v60 puck blue light indicates phone is paired? Well the problem is the fiber optic wiring that is behind the vent on the console that is facing back seat. remove vents that pop out at top the entire unit, near bottom is the input jack that connects to jack under the console where phone cradle resides. Simply get the cradle eliminator cable plug into this jack, plug puck into other end, tuck it to the right side of compartment inside console replace vent unit. make sure your pair and check connect before closing things back up. (the defective wiring cost $100 and another 2-4 hours labor cost $500 at dealer to replace due to console must be taken apart if you desire to replace this fiber optic wiring that run along inside right of console to under the console jack near phone cradle)
