06 w220 side mirror rubber
I need to replace the side mirror rubber on both sides. I saw a video on how to remove the outer skin and get to the torx screws but didn't show what to do after. Also where is the best place to get replacement seals?

Do a search with Google or ebay. I saw some on ebay yesterday. There are plenty of suppliers out there. Replacing them is very easy to figure out. I have never run across a step by step how to on this, only removing the cover.

I have an 05 s500. Saw a video on you tube to remove the mirror. Another video on how to remove the door panel piece in the corner to expose the mirror connections.
What I can't seem to remove is the connectors to the brain. There is a slim slot next to the plug but putting something in it does not release the plug.
This the only thing keeping me from installing new rubbers for the mirrors. Any help would be great

you take out the door panel, then undo the mirror from the door, the wires plug in the the seat switch controler once you take them out the mirror will come out then you can replace the mirror. its easy. there are 3 bolts to take out the mirror from door frame.
