I soldered the immobilizer to the other ECU and the car is running!
All i need to do now is an oil change and install the shocks.

Thanks man, i would not have made it without your help and this forum. I must admit i doubted the car would start by soldering the immobilizer to another ecu.

I'll do my utmost to get the car ready before christmas eve.
I've been testing all buttons inside and enjoying my like new Merc's ice cold AC. Erased codes, almost none came back. I have got some lamps to change a hood Star to buy and cleaning to do also but now i'm going to look for a diy on the struts so i can get working on that .

Be sure that the strut harness connectors are fully inserted - it's easy to screw this up. Don't ask how I know this...

I messed up the compressor i guess. After installing the struts i dropped the car somewhat for the compressor to come on and fill the shocks buuuuuuuut it started making some strange unhealthy noises and stopped on me. So christmas in my Benz seems very unlikely now. Guess i'll need a new compressor and that will take about 3 weeks to get here.
Merry christmas to all of you, i'll stay in bed.

Update: Compressor will arrive b the end of next week. I have bought a w211 compressor for 80$ on Ebay.

I do have a Audi A8 2004. Doesn't it also have the same compressor. I might borrow that compressor.

I do get a lot of malfunctions. Hoping most of them will go away when driving.

Today i put the car a little higher on jack stands to change the leaking transmission connector plug. I'll have to fill the tranny fluid back up now. Which is the preffered fluid for topping up? Will Shell ATF 134 do? Still waiting for the dipstick to arrive.

Yes, Shell ATF 134 is approved for MB 236.14:

@ibeforreal I sure do hope so. I am not an easy quiter
Today i tried solving another issue. Coolant low keeps coming back. Even though cooalnt is full. I tested the coolant level sensor and yes. It ain't working. Think i'll order a coolant reservoir as well.

I had to find a Shell Distributor to get the 134 fluid - no retail outlet in my area carries it. The distributor has cases in stock at a reasonable price.

I have a dipstick which i used after changing the plug and it seems to have more then enough fluid. I'll use the dipstick again when the car is level and running.

"...more than enough fluid."
That may cause as many problems as too little fluid. Proper fluid level is critical.

I'll look into the atf as soon as the car is level. I ordered coolant expansion tank with sensor.

The last issue seems to be the bas abs and esp warning. I was looking to buy another esp computer but someone told me buying another one with same part number will not work. I can't find the tread anymore. Has anyone changed esp computer as of yet?

The bas abs ESP error should go out once you do the reset procedure by turning the steering wheel all the way to the left and right extreme end of travel

I finally made it. The compressor is working. I do have to say that the compressor runs a lot. like once every five minutes or so. I'll have to do the soapy water test. I think i'll have to epoxy the other shock as well. Car drives fine, just no esp yet and i also noticed the gauges sometimes drop for a real short time. One gauge at a time. I'm going to sleep well tonight. Finally i drove my Benz My friends could hardly believe it after all this time. I think they had given up hope.

Ok so i took it for another drive when car too low came up. Front all the way down but rear stays up. Compressor does not come on anymore. I think i'll need another new front air shock.

Right front dropped, the brand new chinese shock that is. I might have damaged the air hose.
