I think that is the real thing, cuz the same sterring wheel is on the ml spy shots, and I know thats the real ml. Looks like were in trouble! Damn MB

Tho definately agree, MB has made some major changes. Maybe its a good thing....electronics may be more stable now instead of quirks, etc. Who knows.

...they have been hearing the bad news for a few years now about quality and when '05 rolls around, they'll woulda had about 5 years to improve on quality and they want to stun the world with the new S, hopefully,-G-

Also, look at Lexus (not bashing on them, please no flames), but they take a little bit from what everyone has and improves on them. Looked how they turned out, right?
MB could be learning to adapt their own pioneered systems with something similar from other people and improving on it to make it even better, MB style, lol.
Lots of people didn't like the styling of the C-Coupe when it came out, people were like, "what, a MB coupe!?! Are they crazy?" and it's been a pretty good success...so could turn out to be good afterall, IMO.
