'05 S430, '05 S600
Fill the expansion tank. There are 2 small hoses that will direct coolant to the right areas to start filling the system. Once it is "full" turn the key to position 2 and the electric pump at the bottom of the tank will pump coolant into the engine. Top off the overflow tank and run the engine for a while. continue to top off as air comes out and finds its way to the expansion tank.

So how do you put the crankshaft pulley back on the crankshaft with the correct timing?
Is there somekind of slot that the pulley slides into?

This only works for cars that have an intercooler. For naturally aspirated engines, just top it up and start the engine
