1997 E 320 - 2000 S500
S500 - 2000 - Windshield - Original
I have a 2000 - S500 with a big crack in my windshield

I pay extra for original parts to be used in an accident repair

The windshield is covered with no deductible but the insurance company claims the factory has not been able to product windshield in 3 months and they can not buy elsewhere

Help ! Is this BS or is there really a shortage in windshield for this car

2003 S500 - Toyota Corolla (in the rain)
I would call my local Mercedes dealer and see if they can come up with one. Three months seem a bit ridiculous.

LOOKING FOR A W124 COUPE
Pilkington (I think) is the manufacturer for the Mercedes glass. You profile doesn't tell us where you live. You can try calling local dealers for over the counter quote or Safelite glass company for a quote. Let them see if they have something available....
