How do you create the signal to the hydraulic pump to turn on?

how do you crear the signal? My truck won’t raise or close. It unlocks but not raise. There is fluid in there too

Does anyone have the info on the pump? I believe mine is the source of my problem, but cannot find where to order a new one. TIA
