Hello, I have a 2003 S430 4 matic, I was getting my car's Star S.O.S turned off the other day and I wanted to have the Netherlands mode turned on so my car would have the chirp. I was told my car didn't have this feature? My car has an alarm I am 100% sure of that. What could this be?

Can't help you with the coding but bought the new siren last week and it comes with a nice light chirp. Pretty cool...

 

After Market alarms are deadly. All they do is drain the battery from my experience

 

And what made you come to the conclusion that my alarm is aftermarket?? It's an oem my friend. Do a search. New alarms come with the chirp

 

Do tell more my friend, What did you replace? How much did it cost? MB install it?
