hello, I'm new to this forum, w220 is my first auto.and I have uncertainiesfor two buttons.sorry about the bad language.I from Latvia.
first pic.. i interesting number 3 this button Turn on all the time, but nothing happens,i can swich off.

and second pic. i sometimes swiching to 5,4,3,2,1,0 but nothing happens.What is it over the button??

The switch on the seats control your lumbar settings with the highest number being the highest setting. I believe the other switch is only available on models outside of the US, and since I have a US spec car, I actually have no clue what it does. It may be for turning on/off the coolbox/refridgerator, but that's just a guess.
