01 s430 sub install
Alright so I just got my first benz, love it.
I would like to install my system in the car, I found found a line out converter with a remote turn on so I got that.
I would like to know wheres the best place to source the signal, and how do I get the trunk liner out, is the factory amp around that area?

Congratulations on your Benz and welcome to the forum. However, what you should do is read the "Start Here" section of this forum where there is lots of very useful information that has been put together by some very knowledgeable individuals. After reading then you come back here and ask questions about something you don't understand.

Super simple.
Tap your line out converter into the wires going to the sub on the rear deck. Route them down into the trunk. Wire your amp to the battery for power and run your remote turn on anywhere you like. Done.
