Putting leather covered airbag in a non-wood wheel

Anyone ever do this? I like the sportiness of the non-wood steering wheel, but hate the plastic airbag. I think the 430/500 leather airbag (with the stitching on the top and bottom) would be ideal, but a 600 airbag with the stitching in the middle would be awesome too ( only thing is the grain is probably finer on the exclusive leather and may not match the grain of the regular wheel).

If anyone has done this, post pictures.

All you need is the leather covered horn pad, not a new wheel
