drove my car last night and when I got home and turned her off there was a mechanical humming notice coming from the area around the radiator. It kept going for about 5 minutes. I disconnected the battery. Any idea what it would be? It was letting off a smell I wouldn't say it was overheating, the water temp was good too.

Your airmatic suspension pump was burning itself up because the airmatic relay failed in the stuck on position

Get a new relay and hope the pump didn't burn itself out completely. If it burned itself up you'll need a new airmatic pump too

But just try changing the relay first
