Water leak into rear floor

After a large storm I noticed the tail lights in my s430 were on and flickering and the car would not start... Come to find out there is a large puddle of water sitting in my rear passenger side floor. I removed the seats and sucked up all of the water from the SAM modules and am currently letting all of the components dry out. My question is, will I have to fully replace the SAM module or just the bad relays? Will the SAM module work after it's dried out?

Well, I know some modules are more resistant than others. Make sure the electrics are opened up and cleaned up as much as practical, let them get all the way dry, plug them back in, and see what happens. Unlikely, but might get lucky.

Plugged drain under the hood. Passenger side, right on the fire wall under the hood. There is a grill that covers a box. In the bottom of that "box", there is a drain hole. push a skinny, stiff wire down that hole to clean out the drain line. You can also knock the whole drain fitting out of that box with a long screw driver and a hammer. You'll never have to worry about water in your SAM again if you do it that way. Search "rear SAM" and you will find out about the plugged drain line ruining the rear SAM.

There's still a ton of water under your carpeting and thick foam pad
Need to pull it all up on passenger side and dry it out
