That poor car has sat for months, judging by the incredibly rusted rotors and the completely sagged suspension. You're likely going to need a new battery to get it to work at all...but if that's not possible, at least charge it fully before attempting a jump. Hook it up to the donor car, idle that car at 2,000+ RPM for 30 minutes, then try...

What was the reason someone stopped driving it ?
It looks like it has a bunch of issues from
Sitting Undriven but what problem did it have to cause it to be parked in the first place ?
