W220 No Crank

Hello I have a W220 that refuses to crank, are there any ideas why this would be happening?

That poor car has sat for months, judging by the incredibly rusted rotors and the completely sagged suspension. You're likely going to need a new battery to get it to work at all...but if that's not possible, at least charge it fully before attempting a jump. Hook it up to the donor car, idle that car at 2,000+ RPM for 30 minutes, then try...

If I recall, the owner's manual tells you not to try to jump it off another running car. Something about frying electrics.

It's cranking now but in a slower then usual way not fast enough to start the car even with new battery

How long has the car been sitting? It looks like quite a while based on the suspension and rotors.

What was the reason someone stopped driving it ?

It looks like it has a bunch of issues from
Sitting Undriven but what problem did it have to cause it to be parked in the first place ?
