Question ABC Problems

I'm pretty sure this question has been answered, but, my 2001 S500 with ABC sags on the drivers side 2-4 inches every day, even when left for a few hours. As soon a second I put the car in drive or press the ABC button, it rights itself out quickly. Is this a common problem and would it be worth it to repair depending on what part it is?

It's probably a sticking valve or worn o ring inside your valve body

valve bodies cost thousands to replace or can be rebuilt with new o rings for $300-400 by forum members like jnash , or you can rebuild yourself if you have mechanical ability .

personally , as long as it comes up, its fine to just live with it

I would opt to rebuild the valve blocks. There's a few DIY articles floating on the net about how to do it like this one. Looks like the most difficult part is getting the block out of the car. After that, it's pretty straight forward with replacing the o-rings.
