I am trying to mount a 2003 S55 complete exhaust system (after CAT) to my 2001 S500. IS this possible? without cutting or welding anything? I see that the mounts appear to be in the same spot, but I am not sure if the exhaust to CAT mounting is the same. (I know I also need to cut the rear bumper cover for the AMG exhaust tips)Has anyone done this? any help would greatly be appreciated.

Don't think its possible as a direct bolt on, there's a dude on youtube "tavarish" who did this but had to weld and get adapters for the pipes, I believe s55 exhaust is 3 inch and stock for s500 is 2.25 inches. He has a few DIY videos for his s500 and an SL AMG .
