Hello everybody! I am new to this website and I hope staying for many years to come! I have an issue with my Mercedes s500 2004 4matic. I can open the trunk from the Key FOB or the Driver door and I can close it from the Driver Door BUT When I press the red close button in the trunk , nothing happens! The button does light up in red so I suppose it is getting electricity. What could be the issue?

It's usually the trunk wiring harness going into the trunk lid
