Does anyone has the latest version(2004) of the navi cd??

I got the 2003 full cd set; not sure if those will work in the 2004. Why?

Yeah, you really have to specify what car you have.
As far as I know, 2000-2002 have the same Navi system (CD based).
2003 has a different (since the new COMAND) Navi system (also CD based)
2004 has a DVD navi system
...

benz03, you have the complete set of the navi cds?? did you buy them at your dealer or ebay?

DMI, I thought mercedes update the navi cds once a year, with the new dvd based navigation coming out in 2004, does that mean mercedes will stop updating cd based navigation discs?

No, it doesn't. In fact, they already made an 04 update for the old COMAND. It came out in Jan.

Bought it from the dealer; I needed cd8 for a trip to upstate NY so I just bought the set....

As I know MB (actually Bosch/NavTech) updates CD twice a year in around January and June-July.

I really doubt that MB will stop updateing CD based Navigation (at least for another 5 years or so..)

Anyone has Navi CD2(Washington, Oregon)??? I'm planning for a trip to Seattle and Portland, willing to send CD11(vancouver, canada) for exchange!
