That option (rear tv screen) was first launched on the S class, I havent seen it advertised for other vehicles (yet :-)
The standard MB TV tuner for COMAND has the connections for the rear screen, and if its installed the rear screen can watch a different input to the front screen.
The inputs are, TV tuner output, video auxiliary 1, video aux 2
So in theory it can be fitted to any car with the MB TV tuner ...

It is an E-Class - here is the missing pic from a Geman Ebay site which clearly shows a E-Class:
Comand was never an option in the W202 C-Class sedans I do not believe they had rear seat vents in the center console.
Check out the remote control under the display.
