W220 Door Lock

So, i have a 2004 S350 and both of my rear door locks have stopped working. When i lock the car, the lock comes halfway down and would not lock. I have taken it to the dealership and they said that both my rear door lock had gone out. I'm not sure that is the problem, so please help me

The lock actuators are pneumatic, and failure is not uncommon. The most common failure mode seems to be breakage of the plastic housing.

There is a lot of info on this subject on this forum, BenzWorld and YouTube - search is your friend.

Also my rear head restraint didn't work and all of my seat bolsters didn't work and my trunk took a significantly long time to pop up. Could it be the pse pump?

First thing to try is to find the rear floor light behind the right rear passenger's heels. Pull the lamp housing from the carpeted wall. Find the yellow 20-Amp fuse near the end closer to the center of the car. Remove the fuse, wait thirty seconds, then reinstall it. If some things now start working, but stop working in a few days, those items are leaking and need repair.

Again - there is a lot of info on this subject in the threads in the forum. Use the search function at the top of the page.

Also, go to BenzWorld, (where you have a thread started) and go to the encyclopedia in the light blue area at the top of the page, where it says "START HERE", and learn how to use the encyclopedia. It will answer your current questions, and many of your future questions, in great detail in most cases.
