Transmission issue detected
Hello, my w220 S320 had an issue since I bought it from 1 year, while driving sometimes during drive and use brakes then accelerate the car shift down from 3 gear to 2 gear and I feel the car is shocking as like some body hit me I dont know how to explain this feeling, specially after cold start but not always else I Scan it but no codes detected and I did reset transmission it gone for while then get it back, but while driving as manual no issues at all.
I didnt try to change transmission oil since I called Mercedes exclusive dealer he told me if it is from long time that oil didn't change it may ruins the transmission at all and you will be responsible for that. So I will not do it at all.
