How much speedometer would off with 22 rim
Any experience on this kind of external setup? Particularly with ABC?

I tried lots of different wheels and tyres a couple of years ago, and did lots of trials, analysis, graphs etc.
The golden rule is not to change the overall diameter.
It's not just the speedometer, it messes with the ride and handling, and probably the bearings and ball joints as well.
The W220 needs wheels about 26.5" diameter. You can vary by a couple of tenths with no problem.
The tires you propose are both 26.8" diameter.
The speedometer will run 4% slow, which is not an issue, but will be the least of your problems.
However, I expect they would both rub all over the place.
The ride and handling would be bad, the tires would wear out fast and the wheels would get cracked and buckled in no time.
You would probably have a very hard time getting rid of vibrations as well.
I really wouldn't do it.
