My car display reads "Pre-save inactive See oper. Manual. It says 1 malfunction and then it say no malfunction. How can I erase this sign?

Almost always an electrical problem, often a poor connection. The best way is to actually find what the problem is. That usually means using DAS (STAR System) to find the exact trouble code, then point to the faulty assembly.
