ABC warning

I have an 04 S600. When I start the car i immediately get the ABC warning (white or red). After driving 3 to 5 blocks, I can shut down the car and restart it and don't have any error messages at all.
The car does not drop when parked, and it rides very well. This is my 2nd ABC car but have not had this issue before.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks,

If it's got warnings, it will have codes. Have it scanned.

I'd wager the pressure is low, probably a weak/failing pump, how's the fluid level, how's it look, any flash warnings over bumps from blown accumulators?

Thanks,
have you checked fluid level and condition both with motor on and motor off ? There are two reading on the dipstick because both levels must be correct and if they aren't it indicate a problem such as a failed accumulator

fluid should be clear and light green to light tan in color . If it's brown or opaque like old motor oil it must be flushed
