Alarm lights flashing

A couple days ago after unlocking the car the alarm lights started going off. I tried disconnecting the fuses associated with the alarm system and nothing happened.
Today I unplugged the alarm siren and the lights were still flashing.

Does the siren have to be replaced? Or is there something else that is causing this?

Yes you need a new siren box

they have a non replaceable lithium battery inside and at this age they all fail

only buy a new siren not a used part since
cthey are all old
