Hi my car has a problem the watter get in my car and when i start my car i signals like the car is off and lights are on, the ac stay off all the time without any light, windows do not turn up and down, battery warning stay on please can anyone help me??

Almost dead battery would be my first check, as undervoltage causes loads of wierd failures
