Transmission help please.

Ok guys I need help. I have a 2002 S500. Since the day I got it the transmission has not shifted correctly. After start up it will do a real fast 1-2-3 shift then never come out of third unless I turn the car off and start over. How ever if I manually shift the car from Drive to neutral then back to drive while going over 40, I can ge the car to shift up sometimes. Others it will not go into gear till I slow down to 20 then it goes right back into 3rd. I have replace the shift solenoids, conductor plate, shifter, and the TCU. I am also getting a check engine light with the code P0730 powertrain incorrect gear ratio. Please what else can it be that's is causing this. I am Tired of spending only with no results. Thank you in advance for your help.

Dear deep pockets. I suggest you review your work process on the conductor plate, however prior to doing it again correctly have the transmission faults read to help in the rework process.
As you have a 4000 dollar car you may want to consider placing in auction.
