Hydraulic Trunk Motor problems

Good day

I need help. I drive a W220 and the hydraulic pipes that go from the pump to the cylinder has gone through. I cut the piece out that has worn through. Now I need to know if there is a way of joining the two open ends again. I have tried everything but pressure is so high that it just keeps pushing the joints out.

Please assist as I would like to try and mend this and avoid buying a new unit

Many Thanks

Solution.

There is. You can pick up some compression fittings at almost any hardware store. I use them all the time at work on air, fuel and brake lines all the time. They are very cheap, and easy to work with/install. If you've never done them before, then YouTube will be your best friend.
