old s430 with no key...sitting flat on the ground, can i get it up without the key?
does anyone have any tips to get this thing aired up so i don't have to drag it up onto the flatbed? it has what i believe is a lorinser kit on it and i hate to tear it up. from my research, i'm SOL. but figured i'd ask you guys.

Google is your friend - search for every variety of question on the subject that you can think of, and I'll bet that you can find a design - or at least a description - somewhere on the net.
being an a-hole to someone because they're a "newbie" to the forum shouldn't be acceptable.
in the end i hooked a chain to the rear of it and dragged it up onto the trailer (as, in mercedes all knowing ingenuity they also don't allow the car to be put into neutral without the key). got the key, fuel pump was bad, replaced that....now it runs but airmatic doesn't work. So, i think it'll be on it's way to the junk yard.

I believe most of us on this forum will be better off if you tow that car to the junkyard, go back to driving your Toyota and leave this forum and MB classics to those less ignorant than you..
Any more info on these blocks? Im searching and searching but its a hard one. Keeps bringing up the block that distributes the air. Im in the same boat as the other guy but appreciate the help

I thought I had an OEM Mercedes part number but I can't find it for the Mercedes rubber blocks That you put in the springs to keep them up after you jack it up, I'll keep looking, I know they made them, I bought a set of four for my 2003 S500.which I no longer have You can also use blocks of 2X4 as well if you must, the video above shows you how to do that, sorry I'm not more help, good luck.

A friend went to Harbor Freight and bought rubber parking chocks, some large nylon wire ties and a hacksaw, and made a set of rubber blocks that got his S430 home after a strut failure. Not as convenient, but a lot cheaper.
