Any pic's of silver tint on the S-class?
I currently have limo tint on my 01' S500 brilliant silver and was thinking of switching to this new 20% silver tint, it's not that crome looking crap, it's basically a normal tint with a silver reflection.
What do you guys think? any input would be appreciated.

Hey, I would love to get the silver tint too but my local shop says you can not do silver tint on any car which has navigation, it will mess up the gps sensor...
that's what they told me and they're the best shop in town so I am pretty disappointed.

Hey everyone. I own 2 window tinting shops in the S.F. Bay Area. My main shop is called California Sunscreen in San Leandro and the newest shop is called Auto Mall Tint Specialist in Fremont. You can go and visit my website at:
www.AutoMallTintSpecialist.com to see some pictures of my S-Class with Suntek Infinity OP full metal film. I used 20% on the back glass, 35% on the rear doors and V-Kool 70% on the 2 front doors. If you guys have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask in regards to anything related to window tinting.

I forgot to mention that with a full metal film, it is shiney when it is overcast or cloudy and not that shiney when it is sunny. It is suppose to reduce radio reception but really on am stations. I don't listen to am and have not noticed any reduced reception for my fm or GPS.

Because it is illegal to have your 2 front door windows tinted with anything that reduces the visible light transmittance to less than 70%, I am the only dealer in Northern California that carries V-Kool for autos. The factory glass usually measures around 75-78% visible light transmittance. With the V-Kool 70% film applied over the factory S-Class windows, the VLT is now about 65%. This is the closest thing to being legal without worrying about being cited for illegal tinted from doors. The heat rejection for this film is 55% which is far superior than any other film out on the market. But there is a price to pay because this is also the most expensive film out on the market. Please visit my website and submit a request for price quote and I will respond back with an estimate. I do not recommend using this film throughout your vehicle but only for the 2 front doors as doing the entire vehicle will be very very expensive.
I do not tint over tint so the 2 front doors has the V-Kool 70%, the rear doors has the Suntek Infinity OP 35% and the back glass has the Infinity OP 20%.
