anyone have problems with their fans in the seats

i have one seat that has a fan in the butt area making a spinning noise and feels like it moves or shakes around.
does anyone know how they fix these things in the s class?

Maybe you're exceeding the maximum weight capacity? Hehe jk. Sounds like something only Mercedes can fix, or replace...
