Does anybody how to toggle the radio presets from the steering wheel
I have read the manual several times and have test navigated the COMMAND system for several hours now. I stall cannot figure out how to change the setting for this.
What I want to do is to toggle my FM stations to "Preset" mode rather than scanning the whole FM band. Thanks for your help.

It's easy. For the S class, simply hit the MENU button on the left side of the steering wheel until you reach something that says SETTINGS. Then use the volume button to adjust. It's easy enough to figure on your own...

On the left side of your steering wheel there are four buttons. 1- Up, 2- Down, 3- Menu, 4- Voice Command. Hit the menu button, keep hitting it until you see "Settings can be set at standstill". Hit up with the up button on the left side 5 times which is when you'll see "Station Search Using.." Then use your volume up button to make the change. Then hit the menu button again and you're done. You should definitely be able to solve the problem now...

Sorry to hear that. That appears to be a silly and inconvenient oversight from Harmon Kardon and MB.
In Europe this would matter less since nobody scans frequencies anyways. They use RDS which displays the radio station and switches automatically to different frequencies as needed to maintain the strongest signal as you travel.
