I wouldn't do this especially as the price isn't even very good. I have seen new 03/04 headlight conversions offered for about $1400-$1500 in the US so why take a risk?
Also, a number of '04 tail lights offered on eBay are aftermarket products, not actual Mercedes OEM products. While the quality may be ok, it may also just be some cheap plastic can easily fades or cracks.

I personally wouldn't do any bank transfer for an online transaction. There's no insurance coverage for it, or if there is, very little. Like about $100. I've seen many cases of people selling cars like a slightly used CL500 for $20,000 but "Western Union only". Tell him pay pal or COD, or no deal. Good luck and lemme know how that works out for you. I might be interested in a wooden steering wheel from those guys.

Re. the headlights, I am still looking for the link (thought I bookmarked it; though I remember that it only said "03 Headlight set", so it could have been a non-xenon version which looks identical

Btw. UPS from Germany is quite pricey. UPS expedited can run up to $150 for headlights. Either way, I would also recommend the MBenzNL route, just email him...

I bought my '03 from Peter Leon in Miami. He travels some and we were able to meet in NYC where he installed them in the parking lot in 20 minutes. He is very knowledgeble on '03 upgrades. He can be contacted at pleon008@yahoo.com.

Important!
If anyone has been following these on ebay, you might have noticed that the seller has received a negative feedback for someone in the states who bought a set of the bi-xenon lights.
I e-mailed the buyer and he called me right back. Apparently he made a wire payment to the seller last week in Germany and was told they would ship UPS 2nd day air. Well, he has yet to receive anything or a tracking number for the package. He said he would let me know ASAP if he ever receives the lights.
