2001 S430 Gps date/time

2001 S430 Gps date/time
Gentleman/woman,
Does anyone know how to get accurate GPS year on this car? I just recently replaced my gps antenna with aftermarket one. Works well. Picking up 7 satellites and NAV shows correct geographic position.
Problem is, the normal clock cannot keep time correctly, and when there is GPS signal, normal clock is overriden.
The GPS time is correct but the year,date totally off and I can't change it the settings are grayed out. Shows the year 2000. Also time zones are messed up and daylight saving time. To get Eastern Time zone time I have to choose a atlantic time zone. Lol.
