No experience with the folks in that link, but, clearly, the blocks can be rebuilt.

As I said, I did mine (thanks to a couple of YouTube videos showing how to get them apart) and they’ve been good since.

Your choice these guys, the Ebay guy, or tackling it yourself, but I would get it done, as it may be part of your other ABC issues.

I rebuilt my valve blocks 2 years ago, the right side of the car continued to have weird issues.
1. The right side of the car would get low after letting the car sit for a week.
2. Every few months, the right side would bounce up rapidly for 2 seconds.
3. Every few months, I would get the warning to drive carefully that goes away after restarting the car.

I checked the codes each time and most recently, I got an error code for the front right vertical accelerometer. I replaced the part (0009056502) and surprisingly the right side no longer lowers after parking for a week. Haven't had any issues with ABC so far and maybe it's in my head, but the car feels smoother on bad roads now.
