S221 Poll
Let's take a little poll of when the new S-Class will come to America.
I believe it will be released mid year 2005. We will get to see it at the Geneva Car show first of year. S-Class guys please chime in. What do you all think?

W221 in US
Historically, MB start mass production of the car they introduced in about 6 months from the Geneva Car show presentation.
Geneva Car show will take place somewhere in March 2005, so the first W221 will start showing in late 3rd quarter or most likely in 4th quarter of 2005.
The only thing that you should remember, that (again historically) MB will ship the US version in about 6-9 month since the European introduction (which happened to practically every model, including W220 but except ML).
So using MB strategic marketing it is most likely to see W221 in US in the first half of 2006 as an early 2007 model.
