get w new alarm siren box from the dealer
used ones have old batteries
the front fender liner must be removed

Super easy fix, you just need a new siren unit. I found mine on Amazon for $140.
Remove front right wheel, remove fender liner.
The alarm will be tucked in back there, undo bracket that holds it in and replace.
I did find that my replacement alarm didn't have a mounting stud on the back like factory unit did. So I had to scrounge up a small bolt to attach the new alarm to the bracket. Keep this in mind when you start in case you have to run to a hardware store.
