Help - Lights not working

Hello,

I have a 2002 S500 new to me.
Recently the rear tail lights, fog lamps and mirror turn signals stopped working at the same time.
I have not found anything online and need help. They work briefly then all shut off simultaneously. Any advice is appreciated.

In my experience that's usually caused by a bad ground which can take out multiple things at once. I've seen a bad ground take out a headlight and radiator fan at the same time for instance. If you have a wiring diagram you can look up which ground it is or if you don't you can go and clean every ground with a wire brush until it works again.
