Steering Wheel Shake

Hi everyone, long time lurker and proud owner of a W220 S350.
I wanted to get some advice on an issue that has been happening since April. On April I bought a set of 17inc Wheels with used summer tires on it with still 5-6mm tread remaining. I had it send to a tire shop to swap my 16inc winter wheels with the newly bought summer 17inc. A wheel alignement was also done.
Immidiatly after leaving the workshop, the car felt a bit slugish, especially in reverse and I noticed a lot more tire noise than usual and also a bit of steering wheel shake and rear end sway after going over small bumps.
After sending it to the tire shop again, they inflated the tires more and it did reduce the tire noise though the shaking, swaying and slugish feeling didn't improve much.
I am not sure if this is to be expected when moving to 17inc wheels but it doen't feel normal.

I wanted to know if anyone else has experienced something similar and what could be the reason?

Last year I had all motor and transmission mounts done, front ball joints done, axle alignments. The car has about 170kkm and it's still on the original Airmatic which function perfectly even though it doesn't iron all the bumps as much as it should anymore.

Try putting some electrical tape around the center hub of the rear wheel

It’s pretty obvious it’s the new rims you put on, just put your old rims back on.

Old wheels have winter tires at the moment so that is not an option. Just trying to check if this behaviour has more to do with Rims, Tyres, some kind of balance issue or other areas that I might have missed.
Today driving over a railway crossing noticed that the rear sway was very noticeble for even passengers but on smooth roads there are zero vibrations or irregularities.

Not being snarky - but perhaps you now know why the last owner sold the wheels and tires...

Are the tires a high-quality known brand in the correct size for the wheels? Are the wheels standard W220 fitment, with the correct offset?
